All of our products are packaged in recyclable and reusable materials. If you place and order for delivery you may find your package arrives in a pre-loved box with other company branding.  Scents & Serenity believes that purchasing branded shipping packaging will add to waste, energy consumption and climate change. We ensure any second hand boxes used are in good condition, strong and fit for purpose and we all know... it's what's inside that really counts!

We are currently developing a reward based scheme which allows customers to return any empty refill bottles they have accumulated for up-cycling at Scents & Serenity HQ, as well as an up-cycling incentive for out pre-loved glassware.
